Irving ISD is proud to have the Entertainment Series of Irving as a premier partner to encourage young people to consider music as a career or life interest.
The group most recently created an educational video for all Irving ISD students to enjoy. The video features the work of Len Barnett and the Modern Cajon Jazz Ensemble discussing the correlation between rhythm and dance and musical instruments such as the congas and bongos.

Entertainment Series of Irving is an all-volunteer organization whose board works diligently to book and showcase extraordinary talent for each season. At the heart of their mission is extending the programs to local schools by facilitating entertainer workshop experiences and musical demonstrations as a way to educate and encourage the “future patrons” and performers of the arts.
The Entertainment Series of Irving is funded in part by the City of Irving through the Irving Arts Board.
