Jennifer Moreno-Mendoza has kept busy since graduating from Irving High School in 2018. After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, Moreno-Mendoza relocated to Charlotte, NC, for work, but that hasn’t hindered her from paying it forward to the next generation of Irving ISD graduates. The My College Journey Academy program (MCJA) was founded by Irving ISD alumni, including Moreno-Mendoza, to assist rising juniors and seniors with college applications and earning scholarships.
