Students at Irving ISDβs Nimitz High School are creating a community fruit orchard. A grant facilitated by East Texas A&M University β and a lot of volunteer effort β are making it possible. Once the plants and trees mature, the fruits and nuts will be available to the community to help fight hunger. Learn more in this ICTN segment.
