Students at Irving ISD’s Nimitz High School are creating a community fruit orchard. A grant facilitated by East Texas A&M University – and a lot of volunteer effort – are making it possible. Once the plants and trees mature, the fruits and nuts will be available to the community to help fight hunger. Learn more in this ICTN segment.
