Irving ISD will be well-represented at the state Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) later this spring. Of the high school students across the district who recently competed in the FCCLA Region III Leadership Conference, 31 will advance to state.

FCCLA is a national organization for students in Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) education. Students partake in intra-curricular resources and opportunities to pursue careers that support families.

The state competition is April 8-10 in Dallas.
