#4 AP (Advanced Placement) classes are offered in 30 different subjects
#5 End-of-course AP exams paid for by the district
#6 Dual-credit courses offered in 40 subjects
#7 Early College Start program at every high school, giving students the opportunity to earn an associate degree along with their high school diploma.
#8 Partnerships like Dallas County Promise give Irving ISD graduates the opportunity to attend community college in the Dallas County Community College District, tuition-free.
