In 1991, radio host Kidd Kraddick founded Kidd’s Kids, an organization with a mission to make a difference in the lives of families with children who were dealing with life-altering or life-threatening conditions. Thanks to the support from partners, donors and medical professionals, the charity has been able to send more than 1,000 families (and counting) on a trip of a lifetime to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla. Johnston Elementary School third grader Scotty (SJ) Walker and his family will soon be a part of the growing number of families sent to Disney World because of Kidd’s Kids.
